Account Executive, Commercial Insurance

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a dynamic commercial insurance portfolio, primarily within Construction, Development, and Real Estate.

In this role, you’ll partner with clients to assess risk, recommend tailored coverage solutions, negotiate with underwriters, and lead renewal and claims discussions. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and support teams to deliver exceptional service while driving long-term client relationships.

• Manage a commercial book of business (~$8M in annual premiums)
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy, and risk assessments
• Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing with insurers
• Oversee key policy lines including Property, Liability, Auto, Crime, and Builders Risk
• Support claims advocacy and account receivables management
• Mentor and collaborate with internal team members

• RIBO License
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
  
  Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Progress toward or completion of CAIB, CIP, or CRM (preferred)
