As part of the Oracle RMS family, Mowen Insurance Brokers is on the hunt for a dedicated Personal Lines Account Executive. You will serve our clients by providing expert advice, securing new business, and maintaining valuable client relationships. A key focus will be on generating leads and negotiating ideal coverages in partnership with underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address ongoing client needs with personalized service
• Generate new business and retain existing policies
• Develop lead generation strategies for consistent prospects
• Negotiate rates and coverage options effectively
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate client needs
Requirements:
• RIBO License is mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in B2B sales environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
