Vyvyd Lighting is seeking an Architectural Lighting Technical Sales Expert to bolster its team in Toronto. Focus on managing project life cycles and providing expertise in technical lighting specifications.

As part of Vyvyd Lighting, this technical role involves ensuring the operational engine runs smoothly, handling all inquiries from sales representatives and designers. You will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of the project pipeline through effective CRM management and problem resolution. Your contribution will support luxury retail and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from inquiry to delivery

• Keep CRM updated and provide regular performance reports

• Identify common technical issues and enhance knowledge resources

• Review and evaluate technical documentation and specifications

• Prepare necessary documentation for project submissions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a lighting manufacturing setting

• Strong familiarity with integrated LED technologies

• Skilled in reading and interpreting RCPs and schedules

• Experience designing systems for operational success

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
