Project Coordinator, Canada – Global Solutions
As the Project Coordinator, Canada for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will become a valuable member of our Project Delivery team, becoming the primary point of contact between Traka and the customer to facilitate Traka solution deployments to scope.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with Sales and Engineering teams, facilitating and running project planning meetings with customers, scheduling technical resources, maintaining the dispatch calendar, planning hardware materials, reviewing pre and post deployment documentation, managing project expenses and the detailed administration of all project data using Salesforce.
Responsibilities- Responsible for project creation and detailed project administration within Traka Commercial Systems (Salesforce/Service Max/Quick Books).
- Facilitate project planning meetings and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
- Review technical specifications and blueprints for system hardware installations.
- Act as the central point of receipt of all Project documentation such as completed Pre-Installation and Health & Safety forms, and to ensure that all of these documents are checked for detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for logging any issues that arise during the Project lifecycle including sales quoting, operational shortfalls and resource restrictions.
- Maintain correct and accurate cost accounting on projects.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts for large deployment projects/programs using tools including Smartsheet.
- As required respond quickly to the emergency situations in order to meet the needs of customers and also system technicians while they are operating in the field.
- Administer end of project closeout review calls with customers with a goal of achieving 100% satisfaction from the customer.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM for management team.
- Ensures all safety requirements and departmental accountability procedures are followed.

- Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM package
- Experience with Project Management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Trello
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office products
- Bilingual in English and French, REQUIRED
- You will ideally be located in Eastern Canada
