This role is centered in Vaughan and emphasizes collaboration with various teams to refine supply chain processes. You will lead initiatives related to inventory planning and forecasting, ensuring that data integrity meets the needs of our customer-focused approach. Building relationships with strategic customers is key, along with conducting meaningful analyses to optimize stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer portfolios and mitigate supply shortages
• Plan and lead consensus meetings for inventory needs
• Conduct root cause analysis for demand variance
• Collaborate with stakeholders on business opportunities
• Run inventory calls and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chains
• Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• Strong skills in Kinaxis Rapid Response and Excel
• Effective presentation and project management abilities
• Initiative in dynamic environments
