THE TEAM

The mission of the Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing our labour planning process to ensure we are scheduling the right people, in the right roles, at the right times. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Workforce Planning, you will support the long‑term strategic approach to optimise our labour allocation and maximize our labour outputs in support of the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations.

THE ROLE
  • Optimize labour spending and productivity
  • Gather, analyse, process, and optimise scheduling inputs
  • Build optimised schedules
  • Publish optimised schedules
  • Execute on live week schedule changes

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
