Shape inventory strategies as an Inventory Manager for a customs window manufacturer. This newly created role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing systems, and fostering operational success.
Our client seeks a proactive leader to establish inventory controls and improve material planning. In this role, you will lead ERP/MRP implementations, develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), and monitor inventory accuracy. Collaborate with teams to ensure material availability and support production requirements while mentoring staff on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inventory control and optimization initiatives
• Support ERP/MRP implementation and process development
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Monitor inventory accuracy and supplier performance
• Create dashboards and provide insights on inventory health
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 8+ years in inventory or supply chain roles
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proven leadership in developing teams
