Join the purchasing and supply chain team to ensure timely availability of production materials. You will create and manage purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor delivery schedules closely. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production and logistics will be key to avoiding disruptions and achieving cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and issue purchase orders for materials
• Communicate with suppliers about pricing and schedules
• Monitor supplier performance and track late deliveries
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP systems
• Support cost control initiatives and identify reductions
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in purchasing or supply chain
• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred
• High attention to detail in documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Drive manufacturing success through effective supply chain coordination and strategic procurement.
