Manage supply chain activities with precision as a Supply Chain Administrator. This role focuses on purchasing, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations daily.
You will oversee the coordination of supply chain functions, including processing purchase orders and communicating with vendors. With a diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field, you will utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP systems to maintain records and prepare reports effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation
• Coordinate activities with suppliers and logistics providers
• Report stock shortages and shipment delays promptly
• Support procurement administration and invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Preferred experience in supply chain or logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
