Demand Planning Specialist in Supply Chain

We are seeking a Demand and Supply Planner with 2+ years of experience in demand forecasting and sales planning. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align planning efforts with broader business objectives while analyzing historical data and sales inputs. Your insights will drive optimal stock levels and improve inventory metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze demand forecasts from historical data

• Manage inventory plans for optimal stock levels

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for alignment

• Monitor inventory performance and identify improvement areas

• Forecast and track sales performance metrics

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in a related business field

• 2+ years in demand forecasting experience

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Experience with SAP APO is a plus

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
