Strategic Replenishment Analyst

Position: Strategic Replenishment Analyst Role
Become a key player in supply chain optimization as a Strategic Replenishment Analyst. In this analytical role, you will lead inventory planning and ensure product availability while minimizing risks and costs.

We are looking for an experienced Replenishment Analyst with at least six years in supply planning or analytics. Strong expertise in S&OP/IBP processes and advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address capacity limitations and drive efficiency in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate supply scenarios for demand variability

• Identify disruptions and lead contingency planning efforts

• Provide recommendations to balance costs and inventory risk

• Collaborate across teams to understand constraints

• Optimize inventory plans within network limitations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field

• Minimum six years of experience in supply planning

• Strong understanding of S&OP/IBP processes

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems

• Solid analytical skills for data visualization tools
