You'll lead ERP/MRP system implementation while developing BOMs and mentoring staff to adopt best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead inventory optimization strategies and initiatives

• Manage ERP/MRP system implementation and integration

• Develop and oversee Bills of Materials (BOMs)

• Analyze inventory accuracy and supplier KPIs

• Create actionable inventory dashboards for leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Operations

• 8+ years in inventory or supply chain sectors

• Proven experience with ERP/MRP implementations

• Strong Excel and change management capabilities

• Leadership skills in mentoring and team building
