We are looking for a skilled Demand and Supply Planner with 2+ years in demand forecasting and business planning. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams, and manage inventory to prevent shortages and overstock. Your contributions will enhance the strategic planning process and improve overall inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment

• Monitor and report inventory performance metrics

• Support inventory management for new product launches

• Analyze sales data periodically to assess performance

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in business or quantitative field

• 2+ years of experience in forecasting and analytics

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods

• Effective communicator with data presentation
