SHEIN Canada is looking for a Project Management Supervisor to support and execute warehouse operations projects focused on efficiency improvement, cost reduction, process standardization, and operational performance. This role will work closely with warehouse leadership, supervisors, 3PL teams, and cross‑functional partners to coordinate projects across inbound, outbound, inventory management, labor planning, and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, data‑driven problem solver with warehouse operations knowledge, project coordination experience, and a strong interest in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and operational excellence.
This is an individual contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.
- Manage warehouse operations projects across inbound, outbound, inventory management, labor planning, fulfillment, and 3PL processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, waste, and inefficiencies through KPI analysis, data review, floor observations, workflow studies, and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and SLA performance.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process mapping, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement tools to support operational improvements.
- Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives, including improving UPH/PPH, reducing errors, increasing throughput, and lowering cost per unit.
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, identify risks, and provide regular updates to warehouse leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and project documentation to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Partner with warehouse managers, supervisors, 3PL teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure project execution and consistent process implementation.
- Create, update, and standardize SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and training materials.
- Support time studies, workflow reviews, labor utilization analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with new process launches, system enhancements, warehouse optimization projects, and other special projects related to warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain operations, logistics, project coordination, process improvement, industrial engineering, or operational analytics.
- Experience in e‑commerce, retail distribution, 3PL, fulfillment center, or fast‑paced warehouse environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of warehouse KPIs such as UPH, PPH, SLA, DPMO, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, productivity, quality, and labor utilization.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process mapping, time studies, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with WMS, TMS, ERP, labor management systems, or other warehouse operation systems is preferred.
- Strong project coordination, follow‑up, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
