At Tesla, the Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations amongst technicians and customers. You’ll ensure that vehicle service appointments are effectively supported through diligent parts sourcing and inventory management. This vibrant team environment emphasizes cooperation, creativity, and continuous learning within an eco-conscious company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and allocate parts for service appointments
• Track inventory and inform service teams of availability
• Clean, organize, and inspect stock and special-order parts
• Manage warranty returns, including hazardous and high-voltage materials
• Coordinate parts shipments and escalate supplier issues
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in English and basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license meeting local requirements
• Capability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly without injury
Contribute actively to Tesla's mission in delivering high-quality service at the Vaughan center.
