Lead the Procurement function at Noble as a Procurement Manager in Concord, ON. Manage commodities and vendor performance while achieving cost savings and operational efficiencies.
As a Procurement Manager, you'll oversee strategic sourcing and vendor relationships to support Noble's operational goals. With a focus on data analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective procurement processes. This permanent position requires you to drive performance enhancements and collaborate with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed cost savings and performance goals
• Conduct strategic sourcing and vendor evaluations
• Perform supplier proposal analysis and negotiations
• Manage supplier performance and supply chain risks
• Facilitate efficient ordering and delivery processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• 7-10 years of procurement experience, 5 in strategic roles
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and vehicle
• Proficiency in contract negotiations and report development
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
