We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of experience. You will manage product/vendor data, ensure timely material delivery, and reconcile purchase orders. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports and audits for Requests for Proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize procurement meetings for operational efficiency
• Update and monitor vendor order acknowledgments
• Facilitate PO confirmation with vendors
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices
• Generate reports on spending and performance metrics
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years related experience in procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Understanding of basic accounting procedures
