In this pivotal role, you will lead the S&OP process for the Siding & Trim group, focusing on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Your responsibilities will span across strategy development, monitoring logistics, and training staff. A solid understanding of supply chain management principles and excellent leadership capabilities will be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the S&OP process through actionable insights

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 10-15 years in supply chain management
