Supply Chain Analyst at Home Depot

This role within the Appliance Deliveries team involves managing the performance metrics of delivery partners. You will be responsible for recommending process improvements and achieving key targets through data analysis and effective communication. Training delivery partners and facilitating discussions with stakeholders will also be essential aspects of your job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with delivery agent partners

• Analyze delivery performance data to provide insights

• Support onboarding and training for new partners

• Recommend performance improvement strategies

• Conduct cross-functional collaborations for reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or commerce

• 2-4 years in Supply Chain experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Leadership experience an asset but not required
