This dynamic position requires you to provide a welcoming atmosphere for returning customers while inspecting vehicles for quality and safety. You'll be entrusted with ensuring that all cars are meticulously cleaned and organized in our ready line area. Engage directly with customers to assist with vehicle retrieval and facilitate seamless exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome returning customers with a friendly demeanor

• Conduct vehicle inspections and secure keys

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ready line

• Facilitate vehicle swaps and assist with pick-up

• Complete required paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Valid Driver's License essential

• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills

• Patience and understanding with renters
