Drake International is seeking an Inventory Manager for a client in Vaughan. This full-time permanent role requires a candidate with over 8 years of inventory management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. You will lead various initiatives surrounding ERP/MRP implementation and ensure the adoption of inventory best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive change management initiatives for inventory systems

• Manage Bills of Materials governance and data integrity

• Lead training for warehouse and administrative teams

• Monitor inventory performance through KPI reporting

• Develop dashboards and metrics for inventory health

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field

• 8+ years in inventory management or supply chain roles

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and software

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis

• Proven experience in team leadership and development
