Procurement and CTPAT Compliance Specialist

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Procurement and CTPAT Compliance Specialist to streamline purchasing processes and uphold compliance standards. Leverage your procurement knowledge while supporting manufacturing operations.
This role demands a combination of purchasing experience and an understanding of automotive supplier processes. You will create purchase orders, analyze market trends, and ensure adherence to CTPAT standards. Your proficiency in ERP/MRP systems like SAP will enhance procurement efficiency and supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders per Magna's processes

• Track deliveries and resolve supplier issues

• Analyze and compare supplier costs and proposals

• Implement the CTPAT program and ensure compliance

• Monitor inventory levels to support production
Requirements:

• Post Secondary Education

• 1-3 years in procurement or supply chain

• Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

• Familiarity with RFQs and BOM understanding
