Transportation Operations Specialist

Enhance transportation operations as a dedicated Transportation Operations Specialist. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while fostering strong partnerships with carriers and vendors in a hybrid setup.
This key role supports the execution of all transportation activities within a retail framework, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among internal and external teams. You will manage relationships with logistics partners and assist with tracking shipments, enhancing service levels while contributing to process enhancements across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support coordination of transportation processes and documentation

• Collaborate with Merchant Team and Customer Service

• Investigate and resolve transportation-related issues

• Work with Finance on accurate freight payment data

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field

• 2–4 years of transportation or logistics experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Basic negotiation and coordination capabilities
