Logistics Coordination, Inventory Control & Analysis, Supply Chain & Logistics
About the role
Project North PES is Pangeo's new aluminum die casting and machining plant in Vaughan, Ontario. As Logistics Coordinator, you turn customer demand, internal capacity, and inventory status into executable production plans, and you keep material moving end to end - from supplier and inbound logistics through production to on-time shipment and customer delivery.
This is a coordination-heavy role at the hub of the plant's material, production, and logistics flow. You'll set and adjust the schedule, issue internal and supplier orders, coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and warehouse activity, act as a direct point of contact for customers on order status, and report clearly on plan attainment, delivery, and fulfillment. It suits someone highly organized and data-minded who coordinates well across teams and partners under time pressure.

- Track inbound and outbound shipments, proactively resolve transportation delays, and monitor carrier performance and freight cost.
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activity and review shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, inventory reports).
- Manage daily customer orders and shipping schedules, coordinating with the warehouse to keep the customer order fulfillment rate at 100%.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers on order status, shipment schedules, and exceptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Compile and analyze plan-attainment, delivery, and inventory data on a timely basis, and report the statistics.
- Track anomalies and corrective actions through to resolution.
- Support continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations on scheduling efficiency.
- Planning discipline. You balance demand, capacity, and inventory into a workable schedule.

- Customer and partner focus. You keep customers informed and orders fulfilled on time.
- Responsiveness. You catch and resolve exceptions before they hit delivery.
- Data sense. You turn plan and delivery data into clear reporting and action.
- Detail and improvement mindset. You keep things accurate and always look to tighten the flow.
- 1+ years of experience in production planning or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
