Position: Heavy Equipment Parts Coordinator Role
Support the heavy equipment maintenance department as a Parts & Service Coordinator.

Your role involves sourcing parts, tracking warranties, and ensuring efficient operation across the fleet.

We seek an organized and motivated individual to oversee parts procurement and service coordination. You'll harness your experience in heavy equipment repair to maintain accurate records and minimize downtime. Collaborating with suppliers and shop mechanics is essential while handling multiple priorities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase OEM and aftermarket parts effectively

• Coordinate schedules for outside repairs and inspections

• Track order statuses and backorders diligently

• Ensure timely opening and closure of work orders

• Maintain comprehensive warranty records for equipment

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a heavy equipment maintenance environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license

• Experience with inventory management software
