This mid-level position is essential for daily, weekly, and long-term capacity planning, collaborating with various teams, including Production and Order Management. You will also take charge of identifying and mitigating capacity bottlenecks while facilitating efficient communication to support production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain work center capacity

• Identify material shortages and coordinate resolutions

• Create production schedules aligned with orders

• Expedite orders when necessary to meet deadlines

• Provide timely updates to the Order Management team

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields

• At least 5 years of experience in planning

• Proficient with SAP or equivalent ERP systems

• Strong computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing

• Effective relationship and teamwork skills
