Supply Chain Planning Manager

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee purchasing, supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment planning. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure material availability, reliable customer commitments, optimized inventory, competitive costs, and strong supplier performance. This hands-on role leads people and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, order processing, fulfillment decisions, and delivery commitments
Coordinate Sales and Operations for accurate order execution
Manage purchasing, replenishment, demand, and supply planning
Optimize inventory levels, turnover, and working capital
Develop suppliers and drive corrective actions
Requirements:
Five-plus years in progressive supply chain experience
Purchasing, planning, inventory, and supplier development experience
Strong ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, or operations
Experience leading people and cross-functional priorities
