Join LGC as a Lab Equipment Technician, focusing on vital maintenance tasks essential for high-quality lab operations. This onsite position prioritizes safety and equipment reliability.
As a key member of our lab maintenance team, you will ensure that all laboratory equipment operates reliably and safely.
Your role includes performing repairs, documenting findings, and collaborating on continuous improvement strategies to enhance laboratory performance. Bring your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and support various sophisticated lab tools while promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of lab equipment
• Maintain compliance with safety standards in all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment efficiency
• Document work orders and follow up on incomplete tasks
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventative measures
Requirements:
• Diploma in Facilities Maintenance or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in a laboratory or maintenance role
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Familiar with CMMS and laboratory equipment
• Committed to promoting safety in the workplace
