As the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll oversee the maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. You will manage schedules, coordinate staff, and handle budgetary aspects of operations while maintaining compliance with safety standards. This position also includes performing evaluations and creating training opportunities for maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead repair and maintenance activities across the facility

• Manage maintenance budgets and monitor operational efficiencies

• Train and evaluate maintenance staff for optimal performance

• Coordinate safety inspections and manage compliance protocols

• Develop preventative maintenance initiatives with engineering teams

Requirements:

• High School Diploma;
Engineering degree is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in maintenance

• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in CMMS and understanding of PLC systems

• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle JDE enhances your application
