ScheduleFull‑time, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
RoleThis role involves inspecting homes to identify pest issues, assisting in diagnosing and applying effective treatments, completing service reports, providing excellent customer service, educating homeowners, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
- Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments
- Complete service reports for work performed and products used
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
- Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

- Valid G or G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
- Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade
We will help you obtain the Structural Exterminator License, including training materials, study support, and assistance registering for the exam.
ImportantPrior to starting, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
