Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair dental equipment as required
• Manage and prioritize incoming service requests
• Provide customers with repair status updates
• Promote preventative maintenance and related solutions
• Maintain precise documentation of service and billing
Requirements:
• Technical background in service or equipment fields
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Organized and detail-oriented in work approach
• Comfortable with technology for record management
