Night Maintenance Mechanic

Step into a critical role as a Night Maintenance Mechanic at Give & Go in Vaughan, ON. Focus on maintenance repairs, preventive measures, and equipment modifications while ensuring adherence to food safety and health protocols.

As a licensed millwright or technician, you'll tackle maintenance tasks from 11 PM to 7 AM. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop solutions for equipment issues, and provide pivotal support for the maintenance department. Key skills include effective communication, root cause analysis, and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on schedule

• Diagnose breakdowns and communicate findings to management

• Provide on-floor support during regular and off-shift hours

• Improve the work order system continuously

• Collaborate on technical projects with the maintenance team

Requirements:

• Licensed millwright (e.g., 433A) or technician degree

• Experience with CMMS software and maintenance tasks

• Strong analytical and computer skills, especially in MS Excel

• Ability to interpret technical documents and regulations
