Position: Custodian/Handyperson for Multiple Properties
Become a Custodian/Handyperson responsible for multiple properties in Vaughan, Ontario. Ensure daily maintenance, responsiveness to urgent requests, and overall property appearance are top-notch.

This role combines facility upkeep with handyman tasks, requiring an organized, proactive individual to handle diverse repair duties. Your focus will be on maintaining safety and cleanliness across all properties while coordinating external contractors in maintenance efforts. A service-oriented mindset will help build good relations with tenants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and conduct routine maintenance checks

• Execute repairs like door locks, drywall, and basic electric

• Keep common areas, washrooms, and kitchens clean and orderly

• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes

• Assist with seasonal property maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in building maintenance or handyman services

• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Must work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
