Position: Full-Time Handyman ON
Elevate property maintenance standards as a full-time Handyman/Custodian in Vaughan, ON. Oversee cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance across a variety of commercial and residential properties.

Our client is seeking a proactive individual with reliability and hands-on skills for this full-time position. You will perform inspections, coordinate waste management, and ensure all areas are clean and functional. Strong knowledge of building systems and excellent organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine building and grounds inspections

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, kitchens, and washrooms

• Manage garbage disposal and replenish supplies

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems

• Perform handyman duties including minor repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or custodial operations

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Basic computer skills for reporting
