Join Bell Partners as a Grounds Maintenance Assistant, tasked with maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of community grounds across our properties. Your work will directly impact residents’ satisfaction and community pride.

As a crucial member of our maintenance team, you’ll assist in the upkeep of 85,000 homes while collaborating with the Community Manager. Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping, and basic repairs, all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our communities. Your dedication and skills will enhance our residents' living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upkeep of property grounds and landscaping

• Clean building exteriors and surrounding areas

• Assist in cleaning vacated apartments and common facilities

• Maintain equipment and follow safety regulations

• Support maintenance team with various tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in groundskeeping

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years old

• Certifications in HVAC/EPA may be beneficial

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
