Associate II in Building Maintenance

Take on a rewarding role as an Associate II in Building Maintenance at our Distribution Centre. This hands-on position focuses on housekeeping, repairs, and maintenance around the warehouse to support daily operations.

You will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment through diligent housekeeping and active waste management. Working closely with the Maintenance Lead Hand, you'll report any issues and assist with necessary repairs across the facility. Efficiency and safety are key components of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Assist with building repairs and equipment servicing

• Ensure waste is managed according to protocols

• Maintain organized cleaning supply inventory

• Carry out outdoor maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma required; trade education preferred

• 1 year of warehousing and distribution experience

• Proficient with hand tools and power tools

• Strong accountability for quality and safety

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
