Position: CBRE Facilities Maintenance Operator

At CBRE, you will oversee the operation of various building systems, balancing preventive maintenance and emergency response. Your responsibilities will include training staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks

• Supervise Operating Engineers and General Maintainers

• Resolve client concerns with engineering solutions

• Keep operational areas clean and safe

• Review equipment readings via BAS for efficiency

Requirements:

• BES I Certificate or equivalent certification

• 3-5 years in facilities operation and maintenance

• Strong computer skills, including Excel

• Knowledgeable in CMMS tools

• Team-oriented communication skills
