Maintenance Mechanic

Job Profile Summary

A Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, equipment, and grounds. They perform a wide range of tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation of buildings and systems.

• Directly reports to Maintenance Manager
• Follow established safety protocols and maintenance procedures while using problem-solving skills for unique situations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to supervisors
• Contribute to the longevity and optimal functioning of building systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field (beneficial)

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
