Your role is vital for ensuring guest and owner satisfaction through thorough maintenance of property conditions.
In this position, you will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Your duties will encompass a wide range of cleaning responsibilities, including restroom maintenance, floor care, and grounds cleanliness. Your efforts will ensure the property remains in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
• Gather and dispose of waste materials appropriately
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
• Perform groundskeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Competence in using cleaning equipment
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Strong communication skills for effective instructions
