Maintenance Supervisor Food Manufacturing

Lead maintenance operations in Concord with expertise in equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and production support. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

The Maintenance Leader Supervisor provides technical leadership and overall responsibility for the maintenance team. The position supports a bakery through equipment troubleshooting, contractor direction, and plant machinery maintenance. You will help minimize downtime while supporting safe, efficient operations and compliance with safety and environmental practices.

• Manage, coach, train, and empower maintenance team members
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment failures
• Direct scheduling, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs
• Track downtime causes and lead process improvements
• Maintain parts inventory and organize the Maintenance Workshop

• Bachelor of Engineering or technical College Diploma
• Three to five years managing production facility maintenance
• Solid mechanical and electrical skills
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
