Day Porter Commercial Building Cleaning
Maintain clean, orderly commercial buildings as a Day Porter with CCS Facility Services, focusing on lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and common areas. Availability is required for an eight-hour Friday-Monday shift.
CCS Facility Services provides janitorial and facility engineering services to commercial businesses across the United States. This Day Porter position maintains building interiors and exteriors through recurring cleaning, inspection, trash removal, and reporting duties. The work includes supporting the Management Office and assisting the building Engineer daily, as directed. A background check is required, along with dependable attendance and proper safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean lobby glass doors, walls, entrances, and wall coverings
- Vacuum elevators, carpets, and lobby areas on schedule
- Check restrooms, stairwells, landings, and landscaped areas
- Empty trash receptacles and remove exterior debris
- Report lights, solicitors, and unsafe conditions to management
- Pass a required background check
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
- Observe safety and security procedures
- Availability for an eight-hour Friday-Monday shift
