Toromont Credit Risk Operations Leader

Become Toromont's Manager, Credit Risk & Operations in Concord, responsible for credit policies, team development, and portfolio management. This full-time position offers growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will involve driving accountability, monitoring portfolio quality, and applying AI for improved efficiency. You will also enhance collaboration across business units to refine credit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of credit analysts and collectors across locations

• Align credit processes with corporate risk frameworks

• Monitor portfolio quality and recommend proactive risk measures

• Drive initiatives for DSO reduction and compliance

• Prepare market intelligence reports for informed credit decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce is essential

• 6-8 years of progressive credit experience required

• Proven experience with large volume AR management

• Strong client communication and relationship skills

• Background in industrial equipment is a distinct advantage
