Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach a team of seven AR/AP professionals
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle
• Develop strategies to minimize overdue balances
• Ensure accurate cash application and invoicing
• Maintain robust internal controls for compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance
• Proven team management with 2+ years in leadership
• Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
