DMC Mining Services is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager with extensive industry experience. This role encompasses maintaining project controls standards and consolidating reports from various construction projects. Lead a team of site-based professionals to ensure timely and accurate management reporting to executive leadership, shaping the organization's approach to project governance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce corporate project controls governance

• Consolidate site performance data into corporate reports

• Conduct audits of site project controls execution

• Lead improvements in project controls processes and software

• Manage executive dashboard updates and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 10+ years of project controls experience

• Proven expertise in earned value management

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and reporting tools

• Ability to travel to multiple project sites
