The Core Area Wastewater Operations team seeks a skilled Team Lead at McLoughlin Point. This full-time position demands strong supervisory abilities and expertise in wastewater treatment processes. You will oversee daily operations, assist in maintenance protocols, and guide staff in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of the plant
• Oversee distribution of work orders and maintenance data
• Provide guidance to operational and maintenance teams
• Conduct treatment analysis to meet regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate operational records and inventory
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in wastewater operations
• At least 2 years' supervisory experience
• BC Environmental Operators Certification Level 3
• Valid BC Driver's Licence
