As Chief Detailer, you will guide the Detailing Department by managing workflows and motivating team members. This role requires strong skills in project scheduling, communication, and technical guidance, ensuring your team delivers high-quality detailing services. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve project issues, enhancing overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the Detailing team for high productivity
• Develop detailing schedules for larger projects
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Review rebar details to improve efficiency and material utilization
• Develop and implement departmental procedures and standards
Requirements:
• 3+ years leading a rebar detailing team
• Proficient in Rebar CAD
• Minimum 5 years in rebar detailing or project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in value engineering and steel savings
