We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Manager to oversee a team of over 20 Account Managers. With more than 5 years of personal lines insurance experience required, you will conduct performance reviews, run team meetings, and support new hires. Your leadership will guide the team in meeting carrier and company standards while building strong relationships across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team of Personal Lines Account Managers
• Conduct monthly performance and quality reviews
• Facilitate regular team alignment meetings
• Train and onboard new team members effectively
• Collaborate with senior management on key issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Personal Lines Insurance
• Leadership or management experience
• Active RIBO license required
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
