Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aNew Car Sales Managerto join the team at Audi Thornhill.
Pay Rate: $125,000 to $175,000 inclusive of salary and bonus.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of new vehicles for delivery
Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs
Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs
Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings
Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed

Qualifications:

Strong leadership abilities
Effective negotiation skills, with the ability tomake sound decisions
Experience in auto sales preferred
Two (2) years of management experience
Valid OMVIC License preferred
