Position Description
The Print Coordinator is the central hub of our client’s production workflow. This role is responsible for managing print jobs from intake through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication across clients, production staff, and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, specialty print environment.
Coordinate print jobs from order receipt to completion, ensuring specifications, timelines, and quality standards are metReview job tickets, files, and proofs for accuracy; flag and resolve issues before productionAct as the primary liaison between clients, internal production teams, and external vendorsSchedule and track jobs through multiple production stages, adjusting priorities as neededMaintain accurate records of job status, materials, and production notesSupport estimating, scheduling, and workflow optimization effortsAssist with inventory tracking for paper, inks, and specialty materialsEnsure finished products meet quality standards prior to delivery or pickupQualifications
3-5 years of experience in a print coordination role preferredWorking knowledge of print processesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetProficiency with job tracking systems, spreadsheets, and basic file managementAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
