We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our client's production operations. The successful candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes remain smooth and efficient by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. This position is a crucial part of the manufacturing process. The Production Manager must comprehend complex operations and optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accomplish Manufacturing Results: Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise job results; coach, counsel, and discipline employees; initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare Work Schedules: Assign work, track employee overtime, and oversee adherence to plans for the shift.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Employees: Supervise and coordinate employees on the production floor.
  • Monitor Production Staff: Ensure all team members follow established procedures and have the necessary tools to meet expected production goals.
  • Provide Production Data: Provide production data to upper management and analyze production performance data.
  • System and Procedure Management: Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Hiring and Training: Participate in the hiring process and coordinate with human resources for onboarding new employees, safety training, and personal conduct.
  • Ensure ISO Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO certifications.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct annual reviews for staff performance.
  • Support Policies: Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational and leadership abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Facility: 55,000 sq ft of production area
